Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a sous chef or in kitchen supervisory role
- sanitation certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- experience in high volume production or catering
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to work under pressure

Job Duties
- assist with daily kitchen operations
- create high-quality nutritious meals
- ensure a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests
- supervise all kitchen operations in the absence of the Dining Director
- maintain kitchen sanitation and hygiene
- manage kitchen staff and schedules
- accommodate residents and guests dietary needs and preferences
