Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of related culinary experience
- Ability to work weekdays including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to food safety and sanitary standards

Job Duties
- Provide oversight at the direction of management on site to coordinate routine work activities of SCA Cook II and lower-level service employees engaged in food operations
- Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- Prepare menu items in large quantities, by various cooking methods
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
