Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues
  • Experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special occasions desirable
  • Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Current ServSafe certification

Job Duties

  • Adhere to the company's mandated Food & Beverage menu and purchasing programs
  • Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and cash flow related to food operations
  • Work with operations and sales teams to plan, supervise, and execute banquet functions, including food preparation, service, and clean-up
  • Estimate food consumption and make appropriate purchases
  • Schedule staff efficiently to accommodate business volume changes
  • Partner with Kitchen Manager/Chef or General Manager to resolve disciplinary issues and promote teamwork
  • Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
  • Assist Chef with kitchen equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits to comply with Department of Health regulations
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Report critical issues to General Manager promptly
