Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years culinary experience
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Onsite work required
- Reliable transportation necessary

Job Duties
- Manage and lead culinary operations as a working manager
- Ensure clear and consistent communication regarding expectations, organization, and food presentation
- Oversee food cost, labor cost, and inventory management
- Collaborate with Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Food & Beverage Supervisors on event planning and dietary accommodations
- Forecast culinary needs, plan kitchen supplies, and manage equipment and staffing
- Communicate timelines and requirements for Club events and banquets
- Stay updated with industry trends and demonstrate continuous training knowledge
