Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years culinary experience
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Onsite work required
  • Reliable transportation necessary
  • Ability to relocate if not within reasonable commuting distance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Manage and lead culinary operations as a working manager
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication regarding expectations, organization, and food presentation
  • Oversee food cost, labor cost, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Food & Beverage Supervisors on event planning and dietary accommodations
  • Forecast culinary needs, plan kitchen supplies, and manage equipment and staffing
  • Communicate timelines and requirements for Club events and banquets
  • Stay updated with industry trends and demonstrate continuous training knowledge
