Job Duties
- Support the Executive Chef in daily culinary operations ensuring consistency and excellence across cafe catering and executive dining programs
- Lead and inspire a team of cooks through hands-on training coaching and development
- Oversee prep production and service for breakfast lunch and catering events
- Ensure compliance with company food labor and safety standards
- Maintain strong relationships with front-of-house and client partners to deliver exceptional service experiences
- Contribute to menu innovation and seasonal offerings aligned with Wolfgang Puck's signature style and PIMCO's culture
