Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of culinary experience in a food service environment
- Ability to work mornings and afternoons/evenings on weekdays
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Physical ability to perform cooking and kitchen duties
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Provide oversight at the direction of management on site to coordinate routine work activities of SCA Cook II and lower-level service employees engaged in food operations
- Supports management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- Prepares menu items in large quantities by various cooking methods
- Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
