Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four plus years of progressive culinary experience
- Proven ability to lead and manage kitchen operations
- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work onsite
- Willingness to relocate if commuting distance is not reasonable

Job Duties
- Manage and lead culinary operations as a working manager ensuring clear and consistent communication
- Forecast culinary needs, planning and managing kitchen supplies, equipment, food orders, staffing, inventory, and cost in line with budgets
- Communicate and collaborate with Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Food & Beverage Manager or supervisors to review event timelines and dietary restrictions
- Demonstrate continuous training knowledge and stay updated with industry trends
- Maintain high standards for food preparation, presentation and safety
- Supervise kitchen staff and foster a positive team environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
