Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of cook experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday schedule
- Availability for full-time hours
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to cooking and kitchen work
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to interact with customers
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications

- Ability to follow approved recipes and production standards

- Ability to manage and train hourly associates
- Experience with inventory monitoring and control
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
- Ensures all deadlines are met based on production orders
- Supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and disciplinary actions
- Stores food following all corporate, state and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures
- Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies, utensils, and workstations
- Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Demonstrates complete understanding of daily menu items and explains them accurately
- Monitors inventory and deliveries of product and supplies, tracks production, consumption, and waste
- Performs other duties as assigned
