Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of cooking experience

Job Duties

  • Manage a team of 15 or more cooks plus 2-3 management-level sous chefs
  • oversee kitchen systems including inventory, prep lists, scheduling, and ordering
  • bring creativity and new ideas to the menu and kitchen operations
  • solve problems with innovative solutions
  • cook with an understanding of flavors and techniques
  • mentor and develop kitchen staff
  • take ownership of financial aspects and believe in the numbers
  • maintain professionalism and maturity
