Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of culinary leadership experience in a high-volume or fine-dining environment
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent
  • Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends if necessary
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to maintaining food safety and labor standards

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience with full-scratch cooking, menu execution, and event catering

Job Duties

  • Support the Executive Chef in daily culinary operations, ensuring consistency and excellence across cafe, catering, and executive dining programs
  • Lead and inspire a team of cooks through hands-on training, coaching, and development
  • Oversee prep, production, and service for breakfast, lunch, and catering events
  • Ensure compliance with company food, labor, and safety standards
  • Maintain strong relationships with front-of-house and client partners to deliver exceptional service experiences
  • Contribute to menu innovation and seasonal offerings aligned with Wolfgang Puck's signature style and PIMCO's culture
