Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or ready to advance in culinary career
- Experience across different kitchen settings preferred such as restaurant catering banquet
- Ability to demonstrate and teach a wide range of cooking techniques and plating standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and manage teams
- Capability to problem-solve under pressure and maintain quality
- Organizational excellence managing inventory schedules and multiple orders

Job Duties
- Supervise food preparation ensuring every dish meets established standards for flavor portion size and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff including scheduling training and conflict resolution to maintain an efficient kitchen
- Monitor supplies and equipment manage inventory place orders and oversee equipment upkeep
- Maintain safety and sanitation enforcing food safety hygiene standards and cleanliness
- Coordinate with leadership and front of house translating the head chef’s vision and communicating with service staff
- Assist in menu development collaborating with the head chef to create innovative dishes
