Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties

  • Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen, fostering an inclusive environment, developing kitchen associates, and holding the team accountable constructively and supportively
  • Implement effective security protocols to ensure the safety of both employees and guests
  • Drive restaurant results by supervising set-up and food production areas to maximize productivity and minimize waste, including line checks, testing, training, recipe adherence, expo management, cook times, and cooking
  • Ensure quality food presentation by making all menu items according to recipe and high presentation standards
  • Enforce safety and sanitation practices by maintaining immaculate facilities
  • Live the company Principles & Beliefs by fostering a passionate culture and supporting a balanced life for employees
  • Act as a role model to promote fun and engagement within the restaurant team
