Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years full-service experience required
  • minimum of 6 months supervisory and coaching experience required
  • must be able to work some weekends and holidays
  • be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work in extreme temperatures, including hot kitchen to refrigerators and freezers

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years full-service experience
  • minimum of 6 months supervisory and coaching experience
  • strong cooking skills
  • proven leadership capabilities
  • familiarity with food safety standards
  • ability to manage kitchen staff effectively

Job Duties

  • Supervises scheduling, training, and discipline for all culinary and utility staff, and oversees all kitchen operations when the Chef is absent
  • manages daily food production and meal preparation to ensure timely service
  • ensures proper preparation and service of all menu items, including recipe adherence, food safety, quality, and dietary requirements
  • maintains organization and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, storage spaces, and loading dock
