Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years full-service experience required
- minimum of 6 months supervisory and coaching experience required
- must be able to work some weekends and holidays
- be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in extreme temperatures, including hot kitchen to refrigerators and freezers

Job Duties
- Supervises scheduling, training, and discipline for all culinary and utility staff, and oversees all kitchen operations when the Chef is absent
- manages daily food production and meal preparation to ensure timely service
- ensures proper preparation and service of all menu items, including recipe adherence, food safety, quality, and dietary requirements
- maintains organization and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, storage spaces, and loading dock
