Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of culinary experience in a hotel, restaurant, or club with fine dining preferred
- Culinary education is highly desirable
- Supervisory experience in a kitchen setting
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements

Job Duties
- Assists with food orders, production sheets, daily assignments and shift change walk-throughs of kitchen staff
- Assists in creating, planning, costing and executing menus, theme buffets, specials and holiday menus
- Ensures that each plate leaving the kitchen meets high presentation standards, is a quality product and is properly portioned
