Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in a sous chef role or related position
- knowledge of kitchen equipment and culinary techniques
- certification in food safety and handling
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- strong attention to detail
