Job Duties
- Interview, select, train and supervise food staff
- organize and conduct pre-shift and department meetings
- schedule and direct food staff in their work assignments
- interact with guests to promote food and beverage products and services
- recognize and resolve guest complaints and concerns
- maintain food quality and service standards for the location
- control food costs including payroll, equipment, supplies and products
