Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years of age
- eligible to work in the united states
- ability to speak, read and write english
- weekend availability
- willingness to work night shifts
- ability to work ten to twelve hour shifts
- adhere to food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- two years previous experience as a sous chef in a fast-paced restaurant with high culinary standards
- culinary school diploma or servsafe certification preferred
- strong culinary and knife skills
- ability to teach and develop team members
- proficiency in english, spanish is a plus
- eligible to work in the united states
Job Duties
- lead and oversee kitchen operations during shifts
- ensure adherence to food safety standards
- teach and develop kitchen staff culinary skills
- assist Executive Chef with menu planning and execution
- manage inventory and order supplies
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- support efficient food preparation and timely service
