Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of culinary leadership experience
  • Experience in high-volume or fine-dining environment
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Passion for hospitality and teamwork
  • Willingness to work early morning shifts Monday through Friday
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Minimum 3 years of culinary leadership experience in a high-volume or fine-dining environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with early-morning shifts
  • Proven experience with full-scratch cooking menu execution and event catering
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent
  • Passion for hospitality and teamwork in a corporate setting

Job Duties

  • Support the Executive Chef in daily culinary operations ensuring consistency and excellence across cafe catering and executive dining programs
  • Lead and inspire a team of cooks through hands-on training coaching and development
  • Oversee prep production and service for breakfast lunch and catering events
  • Ensure compliance with company food labor and safety standards
  • Maintain strong relationships with front-of-house and client partners to deliver exceptional service experiences
  • Contribute to menu innovation and seasonal offerings aligned with Wolfgang Puck's signature style and PIMCO's culture
