Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their daily activities
- Prepare and execute menu items ensuring quality and presentation standards
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu ideas and improve kitchen efficiency
