Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations
  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their daily activities
  • Prepare and execute menu items ensuring quality and presentation standards
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills
  • Collaborate with management to develop new menu ideas and improve kitchen efficiency
