Job Duties
- Provide precise espresso, coffee, and smoothie service
- Operate a register
- Perform food preparation, stocking, inventory, and cleaning
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards
- Assist cafe team with cashiering, food production, catering, and other designated projects
- Maintain a high level of quality and integrity of specialty beverages and food options
- Learn all aspects of barista position and menu items
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
- Set-up and prep all Coffee Bar stations daily and reset for the next day
- Follow recipes, specifications, and portioning to make menu items
- Open and close Coffee Bar, clean equipment as required
- Deliver catering orders when needed
- Collaborate professionally with team members and communicate issues promptly
- Cross-train to back-fill in other cafe stations
- Assist stocking, ordering par sheets, and purchasing activities
- Lift up to 30 pounds
- Work flexible schedule aligned with cafe and catering needs
- Assist with other cafe duties and stations as required
