Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food preparation or a culinary environment
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm - 1:00 am
- Ability to supervise and manage kitchen staff
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Willingness to comply with all food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a culinary or kitchen supervisory role preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
- Ensures all deadlines are met based on production orders
- Supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and participating in reviews
- Stores food following all corporate, state and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures
- Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils
- Cleans workstation thoroughly before leaving area
- Keeps display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service
- Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Demonstrates complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to associates and customers
- Monitors inventory and deliveries of products and supplies
- Tracks product production, consumption and waste
- Informs supervisor when supplies or product are low
- Performs other duties as assigned
