  • Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service
  • Proven ability to develop team members effectively
  • Knowledge of culinary systems, methods, and processes for excellent execution
  • Stable job history demonstrating upward career progression

Job Duties

  • Support the Executive Chef in leading a culinary team
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain proper food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Contribute to increasing top line sales and guest count
  • Oversee execution of menu items to ensure excellence
  • Manage quality control in all kitchen operations
  • Develop and mentor culinary team members
