Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
- Experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events desirable
- Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable
- Current ServSafe certification required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Night and weekend availability is required

Job Duties
- Adhere to the company's mandated Food & Beverage menu and purchasing programs
- Maintain budgeted revenue, cost of sales, labor, supplies, and manage operating cash flow related to food operations including reviewing profit & loss statements
- Plan, supervise, and execute banquet functions in collaboration with operations and sales teams, including preparation, service, and cleanup
- Estimate food consumption accurately and make appropriate purchases
- Schedule kitchen staff efficiently to meet business volume changes
- Partner with kitchen manager/chef or general manager to resolve disciplinary issues and foster teamwork
- Ensure product quality, freshness, presentation standards are met consistently
- Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with local Department of Health regulations through sanitation audits
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment at all times
- Report critical issues immediately to the general manager
