Job Requirements

  • minimum of 18 years of age
  • night and weekend availability required
  • minimum of 1 to 3 years kitchen supervisory experience
  • current ServSafe certification
  • experience in high-volume food service environments
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong leadership and team collaboration skills

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 1 to 3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality or restaurant venue
  • experience preparing catered events and presenting food for special events
  • relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • current ServSafe certification

Job Duties

  • adhere to the company's mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
  • maintain budgeted revenue, cost of sales, labor, supplies and operating cash flow related to food operations
  • work with operations and sales teams to plan, supervise and execute banquet functions
  • estimate food consumption and make appropriate purchases
  • schedule staff efficiently to accommodate business volume shifts
  • manage food quality, freshness, presentation, and oversee preparation and storage
  • assist with kitchen equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with health regulations through sanitation audits
  • ensure a clean and safe environment is maintained
  • report critical issues to general manager promptly
