Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues
- Experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events desirable
- Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
- Current ServSafe certification required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Night and weekend availability required

Job Duties
- Adhere to company food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
- Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
- Plan, supervise, and execute banquet functions in collaboration with operations and sales staff
- Estimate food consumption and make purchases according to specified food programs
- Schedule kitchen staff efficiently based on business volume
- Foster a team environment and address disciplinary issues in partnership with management
- Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
- Conduct sanitation audits and manage kitchen equipment maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Report critical issues to General Manager promptly
