Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in culinary environments
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must comply with health and safety standards and regulations

Job Duties

  • Communicate clearly by maintaining open lines of communication between management and staff
  • Problem-solve by addressing kitchen issues swiftly to keep things running efficiently
  • Ensure quality by maintaining high food standards and seamless service
  • Support success by helping set goals that elevate kitchen performance and profitability
  • Step up by leading the team in the absence of the Executive Chef and providing guidance
  • Stay organized by keeping records up to date and submitting payroll on time
