Job Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in culinary environments
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication skills
- Must comply with health and safety standards and regulations

Job Duties
- Train and inspire the team to excel in all kitchen tasks, from presentation to technique
- Lead and manage by creating schedules, evaluating performance, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations
- Communicate clearly by maintaining open lines of communication between management and staff
- Problem-solve by addressing kitchen issues swiftly to keep things running efficiently
- Ensure quality by maintaining high food standards and seamless service
- Support success by helping set goals that elevate kitchen performance and profitability
- Step up by leading the team in the absence of the Executive Chef and providing guidance
- Stay organized by keeping records up to date and submitting payroll on time
