Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant management preferred
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to maintain professional appearance and hygiene
  • capability to relocate if necessary
  • knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • proficiency in basic financial and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Hire fire and discipline team members when appropriate
  • have complete knowledge of the restaurant's food and beverage specifications
  • open and close the restaurant by balancing funds properly and completing paperwork
  • check for proper closing and opening of kitchen and dining areas
  • perform various positions such as server support bartending and kitchen duties
  • interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner
  • ensure cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
  • monitor guests consuming alcoholic beverages and take action if intoxication is apparent
  • treat all guests to ensure complete satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations
  • report to work in neat and clean uniform with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene
  • relocate to new or existing locations as needed
  • be punctual and reliable to fulfill schedule and responsibilities
  • comprehend controllable costs affecting profitability and contribute to improvement
  • communicate with other managers through emails and logbook
  • follow procedures for handling team member performance issues
  • interact coach and teach peers and team members in a positive manner
