Job Duties
- Hire fire and discipline team members when appropriate
- have complete knowledge of the restaurant's food and beverage specifications
- open and close the restaurant by balancing funds properly and completing paperwork
- check for proper closing and opening of kitchen and dining areas
- perform various positions such as server support bartending and kitchen duties
- interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner
- ensure cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
- monitor guests consuming alcoholic beverages and take action if intoxication is apparent
- treat all guests to ensure complete satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations
- report to work in neat and clean uniform with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene
- relocate to new or existing locations as needed
- be punctual and reliable to fulfill schedule and responsibilities
- comprehend controllable costs affecting profitability and contribute to improvement
- communicate with other managers through emails and logbook
- follow procedures for handling team member performance issues
- interact coach and teach peers and team members in a positive manner
