Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a sous chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Degree from a culinary school is a plus

Job Duties
- Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
- Manage the kitchen staff ensuring that all food is prepared in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
- Order and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and equipment
- Assist in the preparation of food as needed
