Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years high school education
- one year of Sous Chef experience in a similar industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
- functional proficiency in Mandarin
- food safety training from an ANSI approved provider
- food handler certification or equivalent

Job Duties
- Manage overall quality and taste of dim sum fillings and production
- assist the Head Chef in setting the roster and daily workflow
- relieve the Head Chef, other Sous Chefs, and Line Cooks when off duty
- ensure daily food ordering and replenishment of supplies
- conduct daily food testing and tasting
- maintain inventory adequate for operations
- ensure cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and equipment
- ensure kitchen stations operate smoothly and productively
- train or support training of new Sous Chefs
- assist in restaurant operations such as wastage recording, inventory, and temperature readings
