Job Duties
- Prepares or directly supervises the daily preparation of all food items
- responsible for the food production in all outlets of the club
- consistently maintains standards of quality, cost, eye appeal and flavor of foods
- creates menu specification with the Executive Chef
- tastes all food items prepared prior to serving
- creates specials
- creates new items for buffet and a la carte
- plans weekly production lists
- ensures all employees are following their schedules
- communicates with the Chef on any club member feedback
- ensures that all cooks are trained and understand our standards when working any type of station
- ensures all food products received are of the highest quality
- ensures that all employees follow checklists for their areas
- ensures that all employees are following the highest sanitation standards
- ensure that the receiving department is accepting only the highest quality
