Job Requirements

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have proven cooking experience including as a Sous Chef
  • Hold a valid food handler's card
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
  • Experience working in a high-volume kitchen
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with guests and team members

  • Proven cooking experience including as a Sous Chef
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience
  • Possession of a valid food handler's card
  • Experience working in a high-volume kitchen
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef with culinary and administrative tasks
  • Train new and existing kitchen staff on dish preparation, arrangement, and plating
  • Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, sanitation, and safety
  • Execute assigned culinary tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and team members
  • Work collaboratively within a high-volume kitchen environment
