Job Requirements
- At least four years of culinary experience in a high volume banquet facility producing meals for large events
- ability to lead a team of cooks effectively
- proficiency in maintaining food costs
- strong organizational and communication skills
- capability to assess operational needs of both front and back of house
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead a staff of 10 or more cooks with varying degrees of experience
- maintain food costs
- create menu ideas
- assess front of house and back of house needs
- supervise all kitchen and stewarding staff in absence of Executive Chef
- assist Executive Chef with staffing and employee relations including performance reviews and disciplinary documentation
- monitor food preparation to ensure quality and consistency
