Job Duties
- Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
- supervise and train kitchen staff
- assist in menu planning and recipe development
- ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets customer expectations
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- follow and adhere to corporate specs
- assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
- assist in the preparation of banquets and special events
