- Visible relationship with Christ and ability to share the gospel
- regular attendee of a local Christian church
- proficiency in general computer operations
- 2+ years of culinary education or experience
- experience cooking for large groups of people
- high level of flexibility and creativity in cooking

Job Duties
- Prepare meals for ODM's dining hall/cafeteria alongside the Hospitality Manager, Kitchen Associate, and other staff/volunteers
- direct and encourage volunteers from the community and current ODM residents assisting in the kitchen
- creatively utilize donated food products in recipe and menu creation
- ensure the kitchen is clean and safe, maintaining an "Excellent" health department rating
- oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Hospitality Manager
- exemplify Christ and share the gospel as opportunities arise
