Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role
- valid food handler’s card
- willingness to work weekends and holidays
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- strong commitment to food quality and safety standards
- basic computer knowledge and experience
- experience in a high-volume kitchen environment

- proven cooking experience including experience as a Sous Chef
- excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures

Job Duties
- assist in training new and existing kitchen staff on the preparation, arrangement and plating of dishes as per the current menu
- assist the Chef with culinary and administrative tasks
- ensure stations are set up and stocked with necessary supplies
- maintain high standards of food quality, sanitation and safety
- operate in a high-volume kitchen environment with speed and accuracy
- maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and team members
- contribute to resident and guest satisfaction through excellent food and service
