- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years culinary experience with at least 1 year as sous chef
- Proven leadership capability in culinary environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Assist Executive Chef in day-to-day culinary operations
- Apply creative and innovative culinary skills while meeting financial goals
- Teach and enforce consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Ensure thorough knowledge and application of food handling and preparation techniques
- Manage production for banquets and special events
- Instill safety and sanitation habits among culinary associates
- Maintain strong inventory and cost control with effective problem-solving
