Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum three years experience in food and beverage industry preferred
- minimum one year culinary management experience preferred
- ServSafe Manager certification within 30 days of hire required
- AllerTrain U certification within 30 days of hire required
- ability to teach, coach, mentor, and assess performance
- ability to learn and adapt to new systems and applications
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- strong communication skills
- ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage competing priorities
- operational knowledge of industrial kitchen equipment
- strong time management and organizational skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality and be accountable for assets
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- associate's degree in Culinary Arts preferred
- minimum three years experience in food and beverage industry preferred
- minimum one year culinary management experience preferred
- operational experience with food service applications and computer systems preferred
- ability to teach, coach, and mentor staff
- strong communication skills
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- ServSafe Manager certification within 30 days of hire
- AllerTrain U certification within 30 days of hire
- knowledge of industrial kitchen equipment
- strong time management and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and direction over all kitchen activities including food preparation and sanitation
- supervise staff including planning and coordinating work schedules
- write menus and use menu management systems to provide nutritional information
- train and guide culinary staff in cooking techniques and food safety
- monitor inventory and order supplies while maintaining budgets
- inspect preparation and cooking equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality
- ensure high-quality food presentation and timely service
