- Minimum three years kitchen management experience in a full-service establishment
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professionalism, maturity, intelligence, and kindness
- Open availability including days, evenings and weekends
- Formal culinary education is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment
- Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste
- Maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen in compliance with regulations
- Assist with menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas and culinary expertise
- Monitor inventory levels and order kitchen supplies as needed
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate timing of food service and enhance guest experience
