Job Requirements

  • Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
  • Minimum three years kitchen management experience in a full-service establishment
  • Passion for food and hospitality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professionalism, maturity, intelligence, and kindness
  • Open availability including days, evenings and weekends
  • Formal culinary education is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment
  • Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste
  • Maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen in compliance with regulations
  • Assist with menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas and culinary expertise
  • Monitor inventory levels and order kitchen supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate timing of food service and enhance guest experience
