Job Requirements
- five to seven years experience in restaurant management and supervision
- a 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience
- must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations including obtaining necessary licenses and certifications
- ability to work long hours
- ability to stand for long periods without sitting or leaning
- ability to handle multitasking heavy work involving lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to work around variable temperatures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- develops and manages the food cost according to the budget
- implement programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries
- manages and schedules staffing levels to maintain budgeted level of employment and coverage for positive gaming experience
- developing staff through training, interviewing, disciplinary counseling, and performance evaluations
- cooks, carves meat, portion control, and prepares new dishes, sauces and garnish
- reviews kitchen activities, processes and promotional ideas with the Executive Chef
- monitors and adjusts performance to local competition
