Job Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited culinary school preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or private household settings
  • Strong understanding of organic, farm-to-table, and health-conscious cooking
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • polished, calm, and discreet demeanor
  • U S passport and valid driver's license required
  • must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Local to the Scottsdale area is strongly desired
  • candidates with ties to the area will be considered on a case by case basis

Job Duties

  • Support daily menu planning and meal execution aligned with principals' preferences and dietary needs
  • Prepare healthy, seasonal cuisine with an emphasis on organic and locally sourced ingredients
  • Maintain exceptional kitchen organization, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Assist with event preparation, table presentation, and coordination of special requests
  • Source specialty products, manage inventory, and reduce waste
  • Travel as needed to provide seamless culinary service at additional properties
