Job Requirements

  • previous culinary experience
  • ability to work under pressure

  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook
  • strong culinary skills and attention to detail
  • ability to lead and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations

Job Duties

  • assist the Head Chef with menu execution and kitchen management
  • supervise and train kitchen staff during service and prep
  • ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards
  • help manage inventory, ordering, and waste control
