Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a chef in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and health inspection protocols
  • Ability to manage scheduling and payroll processes
  • Basic understanding of business financials
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • More than 2 years experience as a chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
  • Basic knowledge of financial aspects in business operations
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail
  • Ability to lead, coach, and drive team excellence
  • Resilience in stressful situations and adaptability to last-minute requests
  • Caring and self-motivated attitude

Job Duties

  • Open and close the kitchen line with precise line checks and facility walks including EcoSure documentation
  • Run high-volume service periods from expo or wheel position ensuring food quality and presentation meet company standards
  • Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams for smooth operations and health inspections
  • Hire, develop, and manage back-of-house staff schedules while reporting payroll in compliance with company and legal standards
  • Partner with Executive Chef to manage P&L for maximizing profits through food cost, labor, and inventory control
  • Communicate consistently with front-of-house team to ensure adherence to company guidelines
  • Participate in EcoSure and health inspections ensuring a safe production environment
