Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years experience as a chef in a high-volume full-service restaurant
- Knowledge of food safety practices and health inspection protocols
- Ability to manage scheduling and payroll processes
- Basic understanding of business financials
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- More than 2 years experience as a chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Basic knowledge of financial aspects in business operations
- Strong passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail
- Ability to lead, coach, and drive team excellence

Job Duties
- Open and close the kitchen line with precise line checks and facility walks including EcoSure documentation
- Run high-volume service periods from expo or wheel position ensuring food quality and presentation meet company standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams for smooth operations and health inspections
- Hire, develop, and manage back-of-house staff schedules while reporting payroll in compliance with company and legal standards
- Partner with Executive Chef to manage P&L for maximizing profits through food cost, labor, and inventory control
- Communicate consistently with front-of-house team to ensure adherence to company guidelines
- Participate in EcoSure and health inspections ensuring a safe production environment
