- minimum two years culinary or chef experience in a full-service setting
- knowledge of safe food handling and health standards
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Opens and closes the line
- performs precise line checks and facility walks
- adheres to EcoSure standards with proper documentation
- runs high volume service periods from the expo or wheel position
- ensures food quality and presentation meet company standards
- collaborates with BOH and FOH teams
- participates in EcoSure and health inspections
- hires and develops back-of-house employees
- manages schedules and reports payroll hours
- assists in managing P&L with emphasis on food cost, labor, and inventory control
- maintains consistent communication with FOH team
