Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven cooking experience as a sous chef in fine dining
- experience working in a high-volume kitchen
- experience in culinary and administrative responsibilities of a kitchen
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- willingness to obtain first aid/cpr certification
- willingness to work weekends and holidays
- maintain a positive and professional attitude with residents, family members, visitors, and team members

Job Duties
- assist the chef with culinary and administrative tasks
- contribute to resident and guest satisfaction and goals
- maintain high quality of food, product standards, sanitation, and safety
- train new and existing kitchen staff in preparation, arrangement, and plating of dishes
- uphold kitchen cleanliness and organization
- help manage inventory and kitchen supplies
- collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
