Job Duties
- Assist the head chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets customer expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Follow and adhere to corporate specs
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
- Assist in the preparation of banquets and special events
