Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sous chef or similar role
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

- Uphold the highest standards of food quality and safety ensuring every dish meets Maui Brewing Co standards
- Address any kitchen issues promptly to guarantee a smooth and efficient workflow
- Foster smooth communication and collaboration with the front-of-house team to ensure consistent service quality
