Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Create a culture of food exploration, innovation, and education for customers and employees
  • Cook meals on the stove, grill, and pizza oven using various kitchen utensils and tools
  • Fill in for the Executive Chef as needed to maintain kitchen operations
  • Uphold quality standards in food preparation and cleanliness
  • Maintain an atmosphere of customer engagement and friendly service
  • Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
  • Adapt to varying kitchen environments including freezer, fridge, and food prep areas
