Job Duties
- Create a culture of food exploration, innovation, and education for customers and employees
- Cook meals on the stove, grill, and pizza oven using various kitchen utensils and tools
- Fill in for the Executive Chef as needed to maintain kitchen operations
- Uphold quality standards in food preparation and cleanliness
- Maintain an atmosphere of customer engagement and friendly service
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Adapt to varying kitchen environments including freezer, fridge, and food prep areas
