- 3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen
- strong foundation in classic cooking methods, knife skills, sauce making, and plating
- ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- experience managing food costs, inventory, and production

Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen with a strong foundation in classic cooking methods, knife skills, sauce making, and plating

Job Duties
- assist with overseeing kitchen staff and ensuring smooth service operations during shifts
- support and mentor line cooks, ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation while continuing to elevate team skills
- manage prep work, assist with inventory control, place orders, and support the kitchen with production tasks
- work hand-in-hand with other Sous Chefs and the Executive Chef to meet daily production goals and uphold high standards
- promote the Noble Food & Pursuits mission, creating an environment where both staff and guests feel valued
