Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen
  • strong foundation in classic cooking methods, knife skills, sauce making, and plating
  • ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • experience managing food costs, inventory, and production
  • ability to work confidently and calmly under pressure
  • leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset
  • passion for food, hospitality, and continuous learning

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen with a strong foundation in classic cooking methods, knife skills, sauce making, and plating
  • pride in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and managing food costs, inventory, and production in a timely manner
  • confident, calm under pressure, and enjoy leading by example, helping to elevate the team's performance

Job Duties

  • assist with overseeing kitchen staff and ensuring smooth service operations during shifts
  • support and mentor line cooks, ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation while continuing to elevate team skills
  • manage prep work, assist with inventory control, place orders, and support the kitchen with production tasks
  • work hand-in-hand with other Sous Chefs and the Executive Chef to meet daily production goals and uphold high standards
  • promote the Noble Food & Pursuits mission, creating an environment where both staff and guests feel valued
