Job Duties

  • Assist Executive Chef in culinary operations
  • Apply creative and innovative culinary skills while meeting financial goals
  • Teach consistency in food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
  • Manage production of banquets and special events
  • Enforce safety and sanitation practices among associates
  • Oversee inventory management and cost control
  • Stay current on new culinary products and techniques
