Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous culinary or management experience preferred
- valid Manager Food Handlers permit or ability to obtain
- ability to work full-time
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- experience with kitchen safety standards
Job Qualifications

- college or culinary training preferred
- previous leadership experience preferred
- must hold a Managers Food Handlers permit or willing to obtain
- experience in office environment or customer service preferred
- self-motivated and organized

Job Duties
- Hire and train line cooks and dishwashers under general direction of the Director of F&B
- place food and supply orders
- complete and document safety audits and monthly in-service trainings
- ensure correct plate presentation prior to dishes leaving the kitchen
- oversee kitchen labor and food cost
- monitor budget
- prepare high quality food
